The 30-minute planning session
- 01Pick one theme for the week (5 min).
- 02Ask AI for 15 angles on it; keep the 5 that sound like you (10 min).
- 03Assign each angle a platform and a day (5 min).
- 04Write one line per piece on the point it makes (10 min).
The production session
Block two to three hours. Draft all the pieces in one sitting, grouped by format — all the captions, then all the scripts, then all the graphics. Switching formats is what eats time.
Leave room for the real world
Keep one slot a week empty for something timely or a reply to your audience. A plan that leaves no room for spontaneity gets abandoned by Wednesday.
